1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing, marking stickers, exporting checklists, or otherwise interacting with any feature on this site, you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure. We may amend these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of the service

The site provides a fan-made digital checklist, tracker, and missing-sticker tooling for the Panini WM 2026 sticker collection. The tools run almost entirely in your browser, using localStorage to persist progress. We also publish long-form editorial guides about the World Cup 2026 sticker collection, the participating national teams, and the FIFA Museum stickers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or its tools to facilitate fraud, scams, or counterfeit sticker sales.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically download the site beyond what is necessary for personal collecting use.
• Re-publish the checklist database, in part or in whole, on other websites without explicit written permission.
• Submit deliberately misleading checklist corrections.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the underlying hosting infrastructure.

We reserve the right to block access from any IP address or user agent that violates these rules.

4. Ownership of your local data

Your sticker collection progress, duplicate counts, and preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage. That data belongs to you. We never receive, copy, or back it up on our servers. You can export it from the tracker dashboard as a CSV file at any time, and you can erase it through the tracker's "Clear Local Data" button or through your browser's normal site-data settings.

5. Third-party links and content

The site links to third-party websites including the official Panini Store, Panini America, FIFA, and various community resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, advertising, products, or services. Outbound product links are flagged with the rel="sponsored nofollow noopener noreferrer" attribute regardless of whether we earn a commission today, as described in our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

Panini, FIFA, World Cup, WM 2026, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentions on this site are descriptive references made for the purpose of identifying officially licensed products and the tournament, which is a recognised fair use. No part of this site implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Panini, FIFA, or the FIFA World Cup organisation.

All other site code, design, original photography, and editorial content (excluding third-party trademarks and product images credited elsewhere) is © the Panini WM 2026 Sticker Tracker project and is licensed for personal, non-commercial reading and checklist use only.

7. Disclaimers and accuracy

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the 980-sticker database accurate, but Panini may issue corrections, late-additions, or regional variants of the checklist. We make no warranty that the data is complete, current, or suitable for any specific purchasing decision. Use the official Panini Store as the source of truth when you spend money.

The site does not provide investment, financial, or sticker trading advice. Any pricing guidance in our guides is a rough estimate based on publicly available retail prices at the time of writing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Panini WM 2026 Sticker Tracker team will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools. This includes (without limitation) loss of localStorage data, missed trading opportunities, or financial decisions made on the basis of information published on the site.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the project team from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the location where the project team operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material updates will be announced on the homepage briefly. We recommend checking this page periodically.
